A small friendly running club catering for runners of all ability and experience. All prospective members are welcome to drop in try out a training session or two. Sessions are mostly interval training sessions on Tuesdays at Clapham Common, Thursdays with professional coach and European masters champion long jumper Jon Munroe at the running track Millennium Arena Battersea Park and a core strength gym circuit on Saturday at Balance Physio. In marathon training season members arrange ad hoc long runs at the weekend.
Most members are runners wanting to improve their speed and endurance in a social group environment. Many are training for or have run Marathons such as London, Paris, Berlin. More details on www.claphamrunners.com
