Local, friendly running club. Meet at the Springfield Sports Centre on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:45p.m. ready for a 7:00p.m. start. Local run of about 5-6 miles. Also meet on Wednesday evenings at 6:00p.m. for a shorter run. Ideal for beginners or those coming back from injury.
