Silson AC, founded in 1977, provides a focus for people wanting to run in the Towcester and Silverstone area. The club caters for all abilities and ages from 8 years upwards. Training takes place on Sunday mornings and Wednesday (winter) or Friday (summer) evenings. The club competes in Division 2 of the Chiltern Cross Country League and the EMGP and NAA road racing series.
