We are very proud that a wide range of experience and ability co exists within the club. We have teenagers following in the steps of their parents to the leisured classes of the retired. All meet and enjoy the oppertunity to Run, make new friends and have FUN. We have qualified coaches for those that aspire to greater performance. For some individuals in the club this coaching has led to county honours at various age categories.
