Start with our walk group or follow our walk/run programme, you could find yourself running within 8 weeks for 30 minutes or more. Already a runner? Our coaches are interested if you want to improve your speed for racing or build indurance to run a marathon. Finally, you might enjoy the social aspect of running or walking with the Gyle Harriers.
