Edinburgh Newington Running Group

 
A running group offering coached and structured training, usually a Wednesday evening. I advise at least two years regular running and some races under your belt! If you want to improve speed and form, then come along. My philosophy is that training should not beast you but should be comfortably hard for the duration of the session, and leave you fit enough to train again the following day. Other groups may beast you; others will not push you hard enough! Small fee per session.
