The aim of the Group is to provide a low cost, friendly and safe environment for those people over the age of 18 who want to keep fit, lose weight or just tone up by jogging a couple of times a week with likeminded people. Individuals will be able to walk, jog, run or a combination of all three around set routes, which will not exceed 3 miles in length.
