Monday Session All we do to start with is jog gently for 10-12 minutes, then walk for 2 mins, jog again and repeat this process for 35-45 minutes or so followed by a stretch. If you can already run more than this you will be more of an ‘intermediate’ in which case we have another group on Wednesdays who run for longer (up to 45 mins) and have been coming for a while. Either way, everyone runs at their own level — you will be gently encouraged, but never pushed. We don’t leave people on their own and someone will always stay with you if you happen to be at the back. We can cater for pretty much anyone.
