We are a beginners running club based in Sale... We offer the NHS Couch to 5k route along the canal, working up to 5k when we all go visit a ParkRun together (once a month). We meet on Sunday morning's at 9am at the Sale Waterside Plaza, we do a fun group warm up then according to ability, run/walk along the canal. We also offer 5k interval training sessions, but the most distance we cover is 5k. It's £2 a session which is reinvested in the club.
