	Welcome to Castleford Running Group a lively community of runners of all levels! We meet at Xscape in Glasshoughton, Castleford, we come together to run, have fun, & make friends. Runs take place every Monday and Thursday at 7 PM. we also parkrun on Saturday mornings. Come run with us and be part of the adventure!
