Suitable for 15 years and above.

Pre-entry is required for the 10k. No entries on the day of the race.

Race numbers and timing chips will not be sent out. They can be collected from the Pavillion, Rouken Glen Park on the evening of the race, 6th June from 5.30pm-7.00pm.

Cost is £12.00, £2.00 discount for Scottish Athletics members.

Prizes will be given to the first 3 male and female finishers, first under 20 man and woman, and first male and female over 50.

Prize giving will take place on the night of the race in the park.

No changing facilities are available in the park.

Please come changed and ready to run.

If due to unforseen circumstances we have to change the start time or to postpone the event to another date, we will not return entry fees or pay any expenses.

If you withdraw from the race refunds will not be made.
