OVERVIEW

A popular lake for walkers and runners which is very near to the centre of Milton Keynes. There is a good cycle path around the perimeter and some other footpaths to explore. The East half of the lake has many activities on offer including watersports, cycling, a high ropes course, miniature railway and childrens playgrounds. The quieter West half of the lake is a nature reserve, which attracts many wetland birds. There is a pay and display car park off Brickhill Street and a lakeside pub with food and toilets.
