OVERVIEW

Farthing Downs Tree Belt is an unexpected oasis in a mainly built up area of South East London. The land is predominately scrub land with good views over the surrounding area. However, beware as it is quite exposed so can get fairly windy at times. You can easily make a 2 mile run across the Downs following grassy trails and this can be extended by following paths down into Happy Valley
