Hi Fiona I dont know of any CD's but there's stuff available for free download if you have the use of an i-pod. I use a program called 'PODRUNNER' available via itunes. Its completely free and there's various 1 hour playlists where you can chose anything from about 130bpm to approx 180 bpm. There's also another program for download called AUDIOFUEL, but it's not a free subscription. |

The music I listen to on the run is all over the place tempo wise and taste wise, but it occupies my mind when I'm doing my easy runs and of course it gives you a chance to 'throw some shapes' whilst on the move. I have just loaded a new batch on my MP3, some of which are: Led Zep Whole lotta love (air guitar special) Beatles Wanna hold your hand (clap along bits) Wham Bad boys (you know the dance, with the shoulders) Frank Sinatra New York, New York (watch the hams when highkicking) Showaddywaddy Under the moon of love (arm swinging special) Micheal Jackson Thriller (Not good when running really early mornings in the dark countryside) Queen We will rock you (air drum special)
All early morning runs with moves, do it at your own risk of injury or being sectioned. |

I've just taken up running for the firsat time since I left school, over twenty years ago, and I can't imagine going on a run without my i-pod. I find it a lot easily to keep going and concentrates my mind. On my playlist at the moment I have: Oliver Koletzki (feat Fran) - Hypnotized The Prodigy - Omen UNKLE - The Knock (Drums of Death Pt 2) Chase & Status - Saxon Chase & Status - End Credits Beastie Boys - Sabotage BT - Suddenly Sasha Radio 1 Essential Selection - 21st May 1995 (2hr set) |
