Jelly babies are good Dave, I'll try and look out for you around where the parkrun usually congregate, if we start on time at 10am I should be coming through around the hour mark. See you then. |

Thanks for the jelly babies Dave they were just what I needed. The time was a bit rubbish though coming in at around 1:41:18 which is 7 mins down on last year. But then again I've only been running for the last two weeks after my back injury stopped me running completely for over 2 weeks previously, and my last substantial long run was 13 miles was 6 weeks ago so can't complain really. |

What a differance a year makes.Well organised and marshalled by Expert event organisers.One thing remained the same though,that Killer Hill at Lea Bank,what a grueller!! but thorughly enjoyed the event.Well done to everyone. |

Makes a change - I've only heard one single complaint about this year's race, and that was about the T-shirt! |

I'll double it then Dave, that was a rubbish T-shirt, but the rest of the goody bag was sound. In my opinion the single best improvement was installing the choke point before the start line which then allowed free running across the start not like last year where there was an unofficial choke point 50m after the start. |
