Good on yer Dave Ill be right behind you until the last 100m of course. Yes it's a pity about the Lung Run so I needed to get a race in so I've booked a 10k on the 9th April at Cotgrave country park this side of Nottingham called the 10k paws. I will probably do another Parkrun on 23rd April the week before the clubs first race which is the Uttoxeter Half Marathon on 1st May. By that time I should be beetroot juiced up and looking like Purple Ronnie. |
