| Very pleasant, suprisingly undulating for a track that follows the edge of a lake. I ran at 8.30am Jan 2nd and it was pretty quiet but I imagine a sunny week end afternoon would be very busy. If you want to save on car parking there is a lay by just opposite the official car park which is 1.50 per hour. Very beautiful area with many other opportunities to run along rivers. |

| This route is surprisingly dry at the moment considering how muddy some other places are. |
