I realise that this may seem like an odd 'moan' and it may not be very welcome, but I'm losing too much weight running! There's lots of advice out there for combining running with aiming to lose weight, but what if you don't want to? I admit I'm one of those annoying naturally thin people who cheerfully eat far too much of everything without gaining weight (sorry!), but I also love running. The trouble is when I run I end up positively boney, which is not a good look! Aside from eating more (I already eat a LOT - not sure there's enough hours in the day to eat more) are there any 'key' foods to concentrate to maintain weight? Wolfing down loads of bad things like crisps and chocolate seems to help, but don't imagine this is doing my heart or cholesterol levels any good... Does anybody else have this problem, and how do you deal with it? |
