This might sound really daft but I am sick of wearing black shorts or tights but it seems you can have any colour so long as it's black. Is there any reasonably priced colourful gear out there?

I see a guy nearly every week wearing black tights with bright purple shorts on top. I haven't asked where he got them - I wouldn't want anyone to think I'd be seen dead in them!

Actually, you're right, it's unusual to see any colour but black, and occasionally dark blue. Personally I'm happy with that, and even my tops tend to be either black and red or white. I have seen some garish tights (purple and yellow?), but now Spring has sprung my (black or grey) tights have been consigned to the back of the running gear drawer for a few months.

Can you still get bermuda shorts?

Hi Kate. I'm not sure big flowers and capris are quite me but found a Royal blue pair of running tights which seem to fit the bill. Sadly no pocket though. Still you can't have everything.

Glad somebody brought this up. I psycholigically have to wear bright orange - it makes me run faster - honest. I've been looking for orange running shorts with no luck. PS I'm male of the species.

I reckon that's because Easyjet use orange and you can't go much faster than that. But where do you get orange running gear

The only orange shorts I could find were Holland football shorts - but they had no pockets.

Decathlon. One just round the corner from work. Can't get me out when I'm in there. No orange shorts though.
