Has anyone been to st.albans half in the past?.Entered the walking half,as dont think i am ready to run full distance,been training regular,so know i am capable of completing 13.1m.. 5 personal finished this year,been doing hill training,to prepare for this 1st ever race?,does anyone know what the hills are like in this race?.thanks
