Hopefully will find out in october whether sucessfull for next years vlm!,however am prepared if i get aknockback.Been to see GP with ref to breathing probs.told her what i have achieved so far,so she has put me on seretide twice a day,had chest xrays,to try and discover what is causing shortness of breath, back to see her for results and more lung function tests next week.I have cut back on distance work ie half marathons, going out every other day, apprx 2.5miles each session,am ok up to 1st mile, then have to walk couple of mins before starting run again,i am hoping that the main cause of probs, are years of being out of condition and cigs.6 months since i joined GRG and am determined to get there eventually, trained for just over 300 miles since january, gonna keep plodding on,as just invested in 2nd pair of Kayanos :) |
