Hi, just completed the dewsbury 10k today and was v pleased to improve my age graded % by 0.62%, Was looking forward to seeing myself on the most improved runner league but couldn't see myself. ANy reason why? Thks

Thanks John, understand how it works. I was comparing to the wetherby 10k result in Sep 2009 at 52.37% - only started running again after a maternity break last year so looks like I'll have to build up another 12 month's history to appear! |
