hi, I am in the army and as well as running do training with full kit, was just wondering if anyone knew of the calorie burning factors etc for doing this or should i just log a run put my time in and then add the weight that i am carrying to my normal weight to calculate calories?? or if any Good Run Guide admin read this could you add a section for weighted marches??

haha yeah but they are helpful but this sit seems more on the button!! yeah fair point although running in NBC kit is now abolished in the health and safety mad Army!! but yeah being stinking and doing phys does make you ose double the calories, couldnt do it now though to old!!
