Looking for a training plan for 150 mile ultra. I am currently hitting 60 miles in peak trainig for a 100. I have been training like this now for 2 yeras with 2 DNF's and 2 finishes. I am now looking at Competeing in the Viking Way Ultra next May. I want to work up to a 100 miles a week in training peak period. So I am looking for a suitable training plan to look at and get an idea on how to adapt this to myself. |
