Thanks for the advice all, I will try them all out in the lead up to Berlin Marathon next month. Spary on Blister protection does not work that well. |

A plaster (one each, not one chest sized.... although that would also work I guess but I don't fancy the removal) or bit of Micropore, which incidentally is also good for blisters/sore areas on your feet. Andy |

Small piece of surgical tape always does the trick for me (sometimes a bit painful to remove though!) |

Lipsalve works fine, its a small roll on tube of vaseline and handy to carry |
