This was actually my second application Marge, got turned down for 2010 also :-( 

...But its not the end of the world... I have a 'half' to concentrate on this coming Sunday.

Keith, I think its a 'must' that you enter again so you can measure your progress.

Have just received confirmation in todays post that my ballot entry for 2011 London Marathon was unsuccessful.
I've heard that they have THAT many applications, they're turning them down at the rate of approximately 4 out every 5.
But never mind, I'll try again for 2012...and 2013...and 2014 and so on until I get in.

I suppose the plus point is that in 2012 I'll be a year fitter and a year older.... which means a higher AG% !!!!!
