Hi Lisa, nearly spat my pizza out when you said your bottom doesn't get a workout...... anyway back to the serious stuff, are your strides short when you run? If so and it's only just a thought perhaps you need to work on the IT band exercises they might be a a bit tight or need some enlongating like you do with calves (or calfs whichever the spelling). There are lots of glute exercises but I am unsure how that translates into the running experience. |

Hello
Having had a running gait analysis etc this week I was told that my glutes fail to fire when I run and this is probably why I get bad hips and why my bottom never feels a workout whenever anyone elses does. What I want from all of you are tips on the best and most efficient exercises to rectify this and should I do them every day???????????
Answers on a postcard please lol
Any advice would be appreciated
