I know gary but im just keen to get back out there and just got back from a 4 mile run in the forest and it was great. Lovely and sunny, just a shame about the strong Notherly wind.

Well that wasn't to bad. Felt a bit stiff after a few miles but managed to carry on and ended up running 5 miles and in a PB time. A little sore today but thats fine. Hopefully that will be the end of it and i can get back to 3-4 times a week.

After being out of action for also 3 weeks with lower back pain, i am hoping to resume training tomorrow. Probably start with a light run of 3 miles or so and then see how the pain is the next day. Its be very frustating as before the pain i had got back to a good level and was ready to start pushing upto 8-10 mile runs.
