It says womens but you can get mens and they come with 3 different size inner ear plugs and you can get different colours white/black and pink,m really comfortable and they have a long lead cant rate them highly enough

For Lee and Adrian,  I seriously recommend the Sennheiser brand too.
Have a nosey at the Amazon website and you'll find allsorts of Sennheiser earphones for sports use... even ones with integrated volume control Lee.

I bought a pair of Sennheiser MX75 a couple of years ago and paid almost £30 for them, but it seems you can pick the same model up now for around a third of what I paid.
I find they're great for running. Just pop them in, twist them slightly, and they wont budge. 

I have a set of them Nigel and they are very good as they hook over the ears, the only critism I have is the sponge covers on the earpieces are quite large and I have yet to find a replacement pack as I have lost mine. I probably need to go to a specialist shop as they will only cost a few pence and not worth ordering over the Internet.

Hi folks, as ever I'm after your thoughts. I need some new headphones for my ipod nano. The ones I use are fine but the cable is breaking. I have realised however that they are ONLY fine because my wooly hat is keeping them in my ears whilst running. Now the weather is warmer, I removed the hat, only to have the earphones falling out with every step. I have a limited budget and could do with some YESTERDAY! Any thoughts ideas or tried and trusted products?
