I'm an expert at breaking toes - did the big toe once and then a smaller one in a separate incident.  in my experience they are actually very quick to heal.  I think about a month both times. You will soon know when the pain goes.  Good luck!

Ive been away from running for a month due to new job and holiday. Anyway decided that this was the week to get back into it but Saturday I broke a toe. Caught it on my sons bed frame. BL...y painful.

Anyone know how long it will take to heal? Ive read not to do any excersie for a couple of weeks. I know we all heal differently but anyone got any tips how I could speed it up.
