Hi I am 51yrs and have been running for three years. I regularly complete 10-13 mile runs. However during my last half marathon I became really unwell at mile 10 with a combination of being hot from exercise and menapausal hot flushes (I finished the course walk jogging the last 3). I was wondering if anyone had some advice or thoughts on how I could improve the situation. |
