| The 3 Beach Challenge is a classic run! It is one of the most beautiful routes in the whole of England. It is fairly tough - involving quite a bit of energy sapping sand and the odd uphill - but the spectacular views help you take your mind off the pain! It's a great run to do in the early summer when the sun's out and the tourists are yet to arrive on the beaches.
If you enjoy the 3 Beach Challenge and fancy a bit more of a test why not continue the route to Perranporth and take on the 4 Beach Challenge too?! |
