Hi John & Andy - don't suppose you've been able to give this any further consideration? |

Cheers Andy. I assumed it would be minimal work, but if not, of course de-prioritise. |

I know what you mean Roland its difficult to know what to call this type of run which i actually often do in the gym quite often as its so boring i tend to keep upping the pace until i'm completely done in well before i have run as far as i planned to. Its a sort of easy/steady/tempo.....enough already.... Lets see if John has time to do that....as i know he is busy on lots of other stuff at present. I believe it would be a fair amount of work. |

Hey guys. What do you think to adding a new category of run - "progression run"? I find that I'm increasingly varying and structuring my longer runs and not just running them at a constant speed - which means it doesn't feel quite right to call a "steady run". At the same time it feels too long to call "intervals/fartlek", which I associate with speedwork. What do you think? If it's just me, then don't change the site on my account! But if you think there's some merit, I'm guessing it's probably not a hugely complicated piece of development...? |
