Hi Julie, the connection to grg is not working can you go to gamin connect, settings, account information and remove pernission for GRG and reset it up on the GRG website which only take a few moments then try another run. Thanks. Your 35 minute run on the 12th you'll have to upload manually as previously i'm afraid as although i have managed to assign it to me i can't figure out how to then pass it over to you, sorry!

Thanks for your replies Louise and John. The last t run I uploaded was on Saturday 12th December and I only have one Garmin connect account on my computer. Thanks for your help.

Hi Julie.  Unfortunately we can't find the reason for this.  Is it possible that you have 2 Garmin connect accounts on your computer and that GRG is linked to a different one to the one you are looking at?

I am still having problems with getting my data to transfer from Garmin Connect to GRG. I checked that I only had 1 application open as advised but took the precuation of deleting that and starting again. The last 4 runs are showing on Garmin Connect including one earlier this evening but are not appearing in my GRG logbook. This is proving most frustrating - any advice? .

Note that even if there are not two connections removing the connection then going back to GRG and reconnecting fixed it for me. The settings menu is easier to find in Garmin - Modern View. I'd also like to reiterate the auto sych won't start up again until you do a new activity.

This has also been happening to me in the last few days and has again happened with this morning's sync. Has it been fixed?

For some reason my auto sync has not worked for the past 2 runs. Yet on my profile it says that it is still enabled. Is there a known problem or am I doing something wrong?
