Hi folks! ha ha for the 10 comment lolol!! Well despite being on hols I ran twice. First an easy 2m with my other half along the roads. But then I took the great advice and ran along the beach.... WOW it really is a beautiful flat LONG beach. It was a cold windy evening and it was still amazing! Almost spiritual even running solo along the beach I felt SO alive! Back onto the roads and a total of about 5.5m Not bad for a beginner on hols! |

Thanks for the ideas folks! Not sure I'd manage a 12 miler yet, but I do recall walking as a kid from Tenby to Saundersfoot which seemed to take eternity! And as for barefoot running on the sand.... do I get to choose who runs towards me? lol |

Adrian,a nice run to Pembroke or a run to Tenby ( 12 miler )-coastal path or minor roads- a bit hilly.Best of luck.I think running on the beach where the sea is lapping at your feet is the ideal run. |

Blimey Adrian..... !!! Caravanning in this weather ??? Are you MAD ???? lol Enjoy your break.. If you do find you're struggling for suitable routes, you could always run barefoot on the beach. |

Hi folks! Off on a well earned break this Friday. Just wondered if anyone knows any good routes near to Pendine Sands Caravan Park? As inviting as the beach looks I can't stand sand in my trainers. God Bless Adrian |
