There's only one thing I could say to that, but this is a polite forum ;o) |

Sounds like you could enter a three-legged race on your own! |

LOL - nice one:o) Actually, I have two left feet, and it's the left one that clicks, so I could start now... |

If you can get the other one to click Ian you could take up tap dancing. |

Yeah - I think it is just ligaments moving around. No pain at all, and didn't cause any problems in my race today, so going to leave it. If it gets worse or starts hurting I might see a doc, but otherwise it is probably just the changes from taking up running, and a bit of age creeping in! |

I once read somewhere that clicking bones is actually quite natural and its simply just ligaments & tendons flicking against your bones when you move. Not sure how true this is though. |

My ankles have been clicking for years, the Doc said so long as it isn't painful it will be fine, but if it worries you get it checked out |

Hi all, My left foot has started making a clicking noise as I walk. It's not painful, but is quite loud! Any ideas what might be causing this, and is it something I should get checked out? Thanks! Ian |
