Description

Lanhydrock parkrun is free but you must register in advance on the parkrun website. The route is a 1 lap anti-clockwise circular route taking in the picturesque views of South Park and the River Fowey. The course begins by heading downhill towards the river, heading along the river side before heading back up hill through lower park and finishing with a downhill sprint to claim your record time!
