Description
Llanerchaeron parkrun is free but you must register in advance on the parkrun website. A fast, flat trail course consisting of a small out and back loop followed by a large out and back which takes you along the river Aeron for the entire length of the Llanerchaeron trail towards Aberaeron. The course starts and finishes in the same place which is around an 8 minute walk from the car park.
