Join the Plogolution in Ealing

Plogolution organise regular plogs, which are running whilst picking up rubbish at the same time! Get that double endorphin hit as you keep fit and make a difference to local communities at the same time. 

All equipment is provided as well as a free performance t-shirt. We finish off our plog with a free mixed martial arts class! 

The 5k rum and 2k walk will be managed by our volunteers so you don’t get lost and full safety briefing given beforehand.
