START: The start will be on Midsummer Boulevard outside Wetherspoons Pub @ 09:00 prompt

RACE HQ: Wetherspoons provide Race HQ for MK Rocket 5K

Wetherspoon Pub, 201 Midsummer Blvd, Milton Keynes, MK9 1EA

TOILETS: You can use the pub toilets or portable toilets located outside.

BAGGAGE: No baggage facilities will be available for this event and runners should turn up ready to run.

WATER: There will be no water stops en route and 500ml bottled water at the finish

PARKING: We would suggest that the runner's car share and leave a car at the stadium area and then drive to the CMK start.  If this isn't possible then you will be able to book a return journey seat on a bus for £5.

The return bus will leave the stadium at 10:30 am prompt outside DW Fitness. There is plenty of parking in the stadium area and CMK.

FINISH: The finish area will be outside StadiumMK in the perimeter road

RACE TIMING: Runner Numbers will incorporate a timing chip on the reverse. Results will be available live when you finish the race. You will also receive a text with your finish time shortly after you finish.

TIME LIMIT: You need to complete the 5K in 45 minutes or less as roads will be reopened to a tight schedule.

ENGLAND ATHLETICS LICENCE: License ID: 2019-35714

FINISH AREA TOILETS: You can use the toilets in McDonalds and KFC

ENTERTAINMENT: There will be music at the finish area.

MEDAL: Runners who participate in both the Rocket 5K on Saturday and the Half, Marathon or Relay on Sunday will receive a third medal – the MK Challenge Medal.

AWARDS: Bespoke Medals for ALL finishers

The presentation of the race awards will take place at 10:00 at the finish area.

Trophies: First 3 Men and First 3 Ladies

MINIMUM AGE: The minimum age for participants is 13 on race day. Under 18's must be entered by an adult.

Late until 15/4/20: GBP 20.0,
