Description
Hafan Pwllheli parkrun is free but you must register in advance on the parkrun website. The out and back course is entirely run on the beach over soft sand for the first section and then compact sand up to the turnaround point. Due to the proximity to the sea, seasonal tides may affect the exact ground track. Similarly sea weed and stones are likely to be encountered so care is needed.
