Lingwood parkrun is free but you must register in advance on the parkrun website. The course is 3 and-a-bit laps all grass on land owned by the Trustees of Lingwood Village Hall. The start is next to the football pitch to the rear of the hall and follows the perimeter of the field in an anti-clockwise direction. It then enters a field where it takes on a real cross country feel for one kilometre of switchbacks and a raised earthen bank along the outer edge before returning to the flat sports field.
