Description

The 40 mile loop takes in some of the most beautiful and undiscovered sandstone villages and historial sites in England. 

The race starts in the heart of Sherwood forestand keeps mostly to forest trails and footpaths. The route passes chaming lodges, though Creswell crags and the skirts of the welbeck estate. It then crosses Clumber Park and though peaceful farm land. The circular loop is ideal for those fairly new to running trails. Equally this race is also ideal for experience running seeking a trail PB.
