Come and join us for our first ever trail run event. We are so excited to be hosting this amazing event on trails that have never been ran before, set in the beautiful North Norfolk countryside. Take on the Trail Run for Little Lifts and help us support more people with breast cancer. Run either a 10k, 10 miles or 15.5 miles We are also offering limited edition running tops to help raise funds to support people with breast cancer which can be added to your sign up. T-shirt design can be viewed here. Course Details: The race begins and ends within the normally private Barningham Estate and all three courses will traverse across beautiful North Norfolk countryside. The courses are predominantly off-road on grass, farm track, gravel track and private road. Runners will have to cross over a number of quiet country lanes and there are some short stretches along these quiet roads, but these have been kept to an absolute minimum. The courses are beautifully varied in their terrain. All routes are undulating with some short inclines and declines, narrow sections, woodland tracks and paths across wide open countryside. All three routes share parts of the course but will also split and meet up along the way. The entire course will be signposted and where possible, marshals will be positioned to help direct runners however runners will be expected to stay focussed and look out for markers along the route. Facilities include: Bag drop, free parking, first aid, water stations on the course, toilets, photographer, chip timing, guided warm up, sports massage, prizes, gifts for all finishers and refreshments for sale. Entries from £15-20. All money raised on the evening will support more people with breast cancer. This has all been made possible by our title sponsor Loveday & Partners, meaning that all proceeds raised will go directly to our small but mighty charity.
