Swim in the river, cycle through the scenic open roads, or run the flat Thames path, which comprises a mix of grass, tarmac, and trail, offering views of Marlow and the surrounding areas.

For the ultimate challenge, join the Triathlon, or select either of our Duathlon/Aquabike categories. We offer multiple distances for each discipline, ensuring there's something to suit all abilities.

Don't forget to purchase our event merchandise during registration for delivery by the following weekend, if ordered by Sunday.
