RunThrough Relays is a celebration of running, teamwork, and community, where you can RUN IT TOGETHER, sharing the joy of racing with your team mates. It’s a high-energy, social race for runners of all levels.

Starting and finishing in the centre of Salford Media City you will head out around a 2.5k loop (completed twice by each runner to make up the 5k leg) that runs over the canal and runs past the imperial war museum along with the ITV and BBC television studios. With live music & a food festival taking place throughout the event, this is definitely not one to miss!
