Description

This is a frre to enter 5k race held on the first Saturday of each month at 10:00 put on by Knowsley Harriers AC. It is a turn up, register and run race. No pre entry required. The race is licensed. It has been going since 2012 and is held over a superfast flat tarmac cource and is suitable for runners of alll abilities. It has parking plus bike rack, toilets, bottled water at the finish, prizes ( first male, first female plus spot prizes ), baggage storage. It continues to receieve praise for its organisation, fast course and friendly atmosphere.
