Description

Mount Edgcumbe parkrun is free but you must register in advance on the parkrun website. The Challenging swichback course is run on a mixture of tarmac paths, trail paths and grass. It presents somewhere between a point-to-point and out and back run, with the start and finish approximately 500m apart. There is a short section on repeat paths between 4k and 4.5k.
