Hardley Flood Loop - 7.40 miles

A run that takes in typical features of the Norfolk Broads. You will run along the reed-lined River Chet and loop around the Wherryman's Way running on top of the flood banks of the River Yare.

Leek's Cauldon Canal - 75.17 miles

An easy to follow route alongside the extremely pretty and surprisingly high Leek Branch of the Caldon Canal.

The Somerset Space Walk - 11.41 miles

This is a pretty run along the Taunton to Bridgwater Canal with an added interest. The route features scale models of the planets in the solar system dotted along the canalside, but using the correct to-scale distance apart.

Bewl Water - 12.69 miles

This is a long run around the picturesque Bewl Water Reservoir which is the largest stretch of open water in the South East of England. The route is easy to follow and is popular with walkers and cyclists, although still very peaceful.

Oxford Water Explorer - 5.78 miles

This run explores both the Oxford stretch of the River Thames and the Oxford Canal. It initially follows the River North until passing the remains of Godstone Abbey and then goes through Wolvercote Village. It returns via the picturesque Oxford Canal and more Thames footpaths.

Fewston Reservoir Circuit - 3.90 miles

A flat and fast run on very good paths with a little tarmac. There are good unobstucted views all around the route of the reservoir and surrounding countryside.

Pitsford Water - 6.60 miles

A nice simple loop from Brixworth Country park. The route follows a well-maintained, slightly undulating path which is also used by cyclists.

Marlow Thames and Footpaths - 7.62 miles

A flat run that follows the Thames Path along a picturesque section of The Thames Path from Marlow to Hurley. The route then doubles back along footpaths across fields and along quiet country lanes.

Attenborough Nature Reserve - 6.33 miles

A nice, flat, easy to follow route around Nottinghamshire's flagship Nature Reserve. The route makes use of mostly very well maintained trails with a small amount of tarmac.

Spelthorne Riverside - 5.66 miles

A flat run alongside the River Thames at Staines. The route starts at the Lammas recreation ground and follows the Thames path for 3.3 miles before doubling back along pavements until you re-join the Thames.
